Well it's the last week of our fitness blogging. Feeling good the regular exercising makes me feel very good about myself. Strangely I feel so much more confident when I'm regularly excercising, why is this???. For that reason alone I know I must continue as I am always fighting to stay on top of things. I know I can very easily slip under into a very depressed state. It seems to keep the darkness at bay. I am going for 3 classes next week and will also try to squeeze a fourth in. My Christmas parties have started already out for dinner at Georges in Esher last night, food, wine and champagne cocktails were lovely. I have two parties this week and two next week. So diet has probably gone out of the window. I will just have to work that bit harder at Class.

Sunday
Hi Everyone, I only managed 2 classes this week as I think I overdone it a bit at circuit training, and then again on Thursday. I got up Friday morning and my lower back had gone. Once I managed to get up it wasnt too bad. Unfortunately as the day wore on it got worse. It is now Sunday and almost better, still a little twingey, but from now on I will be a little more careful. I loved reading about you guys, I'm glad you all managed your 3 classes. I was tempted to take a painkiller and go to class on Saturday but decided to be sensible as I wanted to make sure I was ok for 3 classes this week. See you all sometime this week.
PS. I still managed to lose 2lbs this week, so wasnt all bad.

Tuesday
Wow, how interesting to read everybodies different blogs. I think I made a wise decision not to go to Monday's class by the sound of things. - Funny how reading my last blog I was happy and couldnt wait for the next class. Today I am feeling "oh no, do I really have to go to class" how strange I have changed direction so quickly. I am really hoping after tonights class I will be back to feeling happy, happy and loving the challange. I have been very good in terms of diet this weekend. I expect after class tonight and dinner I will feel completely different. This is great experience for after the challenge because I wil recognise how quickly I can shift from loving the classes to a complete change around.
Off to Circuit training now for more punishment. I will update tonight when hopefully I will be feeling smug that I have been to class.

Saturday Day 6
Day 6 and I am feeling alive again. How cheesey does that sound but last weekend I really did feel down. I did nothing and couldn't be bothered to do anything. I dont know about you guys but for me once the sun stops shining I just want to hibernate until its warm and sunny again. I knew I had to do something, as every weekend I sat at home on the computer or reading. Taking up this challenge has made me come out and get excercising, which in turn has made me feel really good. My partner was convinced I'd had a few glasses of wine last night as I was very excited and happy. I have been to 3 of Jane's classes this week they are as follows:-

I am aching quite a bit now but feeling so much more confident about everything and despite the weather had a great walk in the park this afternoon with the dog. Although winter's here it still felt good. I hope this feeling of well being lasts forever. Looking forward to Tuesday's class.

Thursday Evening
It's very late, 11.20pm, I am very tired, in desperate need of my bed but felt the need to post to say how I am doing. I went to my second class this week and really enjoyed it. The steps are getting a little easier to master, although I am still trying hard not to knock out my neighbour or tread on anybodies feet, as I happily swing around trying my best to look like everyone else. (I know that has not been achieved but Im getting there!) I dont think that's actually happening but as long as I do not think about the fact that I really do not know what I am doing, I am happy to feel that I have done some form of excercise and eventually the steps will come.(surely!!!) - I now have a tiny insight of how they must feel on "Strictly"!! Oh how I admire them - My diet is going really well, I have not had anything naughty since Sunday. I am really looking forward to the Saturday morning class, which is not something that I could ever claim in the past. Any excuse to drop out and I am there. Well not this time.

DAY 2/3
I woke up yesterday morning feeling very pleased with myself for having done the Aerobic Dance Class the night before. I had also stuck to my healthy eating plan the whole day, which I was very happy about. I didn't ache too much which made me feel that I hadn't put enough into it, famous last words. LOL, as the day wore on the top half of my body was a little sore my neck and arms were quite sore, I felt very good about that as the more I ache the harder I feel I have worked. I felt brilliant this morning although a little achey but had more energy and focused on the day ahead in terms of eating. Made my packed lunch (healthy of course) before I set off for the day I decided it was weigh in time. I weighed myself and I had gone down fron 12.13 to 12.11. that gave me a big lift for the day. - I have a healthy chicken meal planned for tonight. I am planning on going to the Thursday Night Class so will let you know how I'm faring on Friday morning. So far so good and 2lbs off. - Wicked
I shall list the classes attended, also my starting weight and measurements at the weekend. Then I can compare each weekend. This should push me forward with lots of incentive from week to week. I am feeling very positive and 2lb lighter.

Day 1
Hi Everyone - I have had a good day today healthy breakfast, sandwich for lunch. I got home tonight after a busy day, ran indoors for a quick change and out to Jane's dance class. Unfortunately I have been on my feet all day. I went to Jane's aerobic dance class which was full on, music brilliant, class brilliant although I found it hard to keep up as my feet were very sore, but I really enjoyed the class, and did what I could. This class will be great when I'm more familiar with the steps. I am feeling very positive and looking forward to my next class.
